ABOUT THE EVENT: Colonel Perkins and several of his volunteers will be attending the 10th Annual KORUS Festival in Centreville this weekend. The Colonel plans to attend the festival Saturday morning and Sunday midday; however, the campaign will have a presence at the festival throughout the weekend. ABOUT COLONEL PERKINS: Chris Perkins is a small businessman, retired U.S. Army Colonel and a former Green Beret. While in the Army, Colonel Perkins commanded troops on missions in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southwest Asia. Colonel Perkins has also served as a military liaison to Congress and consultant to the U.S. Coast Guard. Colonel Perkins currently lives in Lorton with his wife Petra.
